What is the equipment protection plan & why do i need it ?
Equipment Protection Plan or (EPP) is the coverage we provide our customers to reduce their risk. It is required for all Non-Account (Cash) Customers.
Why Rent?
By renting, you get the right equipment for the job at hand. Renting means no maintenance costs. You don’t have to worry about breakdowns. Renting gives you more variety in the types of jobs you can tackle, or for those occasional needs. No warehousing costs or property tax matters.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
If you have a commercial account with Rental Equip, then payment is required Net 10 days after invoice. If you are renting on Cash Terms, then payment is required prior to the rental. Some items do require a fuel deposit in addition to the rental amount.
HOW DOES RENTAL EQuip HANDLE OVERTIME?
Overtime occurs when more machine hours are put onto a piece of equipment than our rental rates allow. If this takes place, then the overtime hours will be pro-rated.
